Words going out of use

The word 'twice' seems to be falling into disuse, being replaced by 'two times'.

I suppose it's just evoloution, no-one uses 'thrice' nowadays do they?

Yes 'two times' really grates on me. My Grand Parents used thrice, but I never do and I agree twice is being replaced by two times. ARGH!!!
