Work Drink - coffee replacements???

I am cutting back on coffee and caffeine so I am looking for something I can make at work and home easily that has no caffeine or artificial sweeteners. I do not like water on its own and cordials often have artificial sweetener in. Tea I can not get into - not enough taste for me.

Does anyone have any ideas for quick and easy drinks that meet the above? Things you can carry to make at work using hot water or cold water, possibly with milk that work supplies. I need to cut back on coffee but tea and water and cordials do not do it for taste, preference and artificial sweetener reasons. Thanks.

Decaff coffee, same taste without the caffeine. Worked in a coffee factory for 10yrs and drank way to much caffeine plue whatever i ingested via the skin ect. After getting high blood pressure and heart palpitations it was advised cut the caffeine out. I still have the occasional full caffeine coffee but not very often.

I've gone from drinking coffee to green tea....................It does contain some caffeine but not so much, no milk or sugar added and the almost nicest one (very platable) comes from Aldi Less than a quid for 40 bags

I gave up caffeine a couple of years ago, mainly as it has helped reduce headaches/migraines.

I still drink decaf coffee and tea though. Some are very nice and hard to tell the difference in taste. I also drink Barleycup some times.

Don't know about decaff tea taste, but I do know about decaff and caffienated coffee and there is no difference in taste. We were expected to tell the difference in different coffee bean mixes and if contaminated with various undesirables. The downside of decaff coffee is there's less choice compared to caffeinated coffee.

How do you normally make your coffee, instant, beans, or ground?

At work instant. At home instant and bean. We grind then brew.. My partner prefers stove made I use aeropress, however I've never managed to make a coffee the same with an aeropress yet. Every time different from the last.

I got some swiss water filtered decaff from booths and it's pure watery nastiness. Not got any food decaf beans yet..I think booths do another decaf I'll have to look again and try it.

There's a Bosch machine but I'm guessing the pods aren't cheap.
