I have a damaged shoulder that is very common in my job, I am also self employed.

I would've thought it was any illness or condition brought on by your job - such as people suffering after effects of asbetos exposure, or if you were made to lift heavy objects without the correct equipment and it resulted in a back injury. There were a few cases of people getting legionnaires disease from dodgy air conditioning and there is a condition known as "sick building syndrome" or something like that which refers to people getting repeated viruses etc thought to be down to the poor design of offices.
I wish it included paper cuts and I could claim compensation because then I would be rich.
