You need specs with 'Comfort cable temples' - these are the old style ear pieces that wrap around the ears

Where from? I use reading glasses and have problems with them falling off when I'm doing close up work on the bike, like tweaking the indexing.

Try googling 'John Lennon sunglasses' - they have reading glasses.
Tin Pot - Maybe you could get an optician to put prescription lenses into these frames???? OT maybe - I used to use an independant optician who could cut lenses to fit any frame, and very inexpensively, unfortunately one night he 'did a runner' owing thousands - a fine craftsman but lousy businessman.
