It seems that the first world cup of the season has moved to Manchester - don't know why.
Tried for tickets yesterday but Ticketmaster only have Friday as Sat & Sun are sold out - that is their allocation is sold.
Phoned the Velodrome and they have a 'few' tickets but only for people collecting in person - no reservations, online purchase - only order, pay & collect in person.
Spent 4 hours going down yesterday and got tickets for Fri and Sat right on the finish line in the home straight. Lucky or what??

I have Friday tickets, seemed the best programme.

Friday 31 October
The Manchester round of the UCI Track Cycling World Cup features exciting racing from the off. For the men, some of the world's top riders will be looking for an opportunity to settle Olympic and World Championship scores in the men's Keirin, Scratch Race, Individual Pursuit & 1km time trial finals. For the women, riders will compete in the Individual Pursuit, Points Race & Sprint.
Saturday 1 November
The action continues on the Saturday with the women competing for Team Sprint, Scratch Race & 500m time trial medals and the men squaring up for the Team Pursuit, Sprint & Points Race.
Sunday 2 November
The cyclists are back again on Sunday, with the men competing for the Team Sprint and Madison medals while the women battle it out in the Keirin and Team Pursuit events.
In addition, Sunday will also feature a special Japanese Keirin Association invitational Keirin race. Riders from Japan will join an international field vying for a lucrative first prize to give you a unique glimpse of the exciting world of Japanese Keirin racing.

Looks like all days are now sold out on Ticketmaster - dunno why, has cycling been on the telly recently or something ?
