Worst day ever!

Just before Xmas I was going to take part in a cycle ride but got tangled up in some serious road works on the way up and missed the start, drove back home and decided to take the Mrs out for the afternoon, an Xmas market, driving home I dropped a wheel in a pothole damaged the wheel and punctured, changed the wheel and discovered the spare was soft, decided I should be OK driving to the nearest garage only for it to go totally flat in a few hundred yards, I drove out onto the main road then called the breakdown people to tow me home, it took an hour for them to arrive, the afternoon cost me 2 new tyres and a new wheel, not the worst day I've had but bad enough.

Sitting on my father's hospital bed with my mother whilst the doctor explained that they had found my dad had a brain tumor and that it was inoperable and would kill him in weeks was by far my worst day.

However, standing by a waterfall in a Fijian rainforest hearing the love of my life say 'I do' to me was by far the best.

So it all evens out.

Driving home earlier I helpfully pointed out somebody's brake light was out. Karma wasn't playing nice and when I got home found my near side headlight is out.
