Worst hazard for urban cyclists?

I've seen plenty of horrifying accidents, and been injured myself. But keep cheerful with this slightly tongue-in-cheek poll: who or what represents the worst hazard for the urban cyclist?

cars who overtake you then suddenly turn into a left junction forcing you to slam your brakes on, why do it!!!

god drivers with mobiles piss me off two i see at least 5 a day when i ride into college

Hmm the military had a few machines that would jam mobile phone signals. Feel like carrying one on the bike? Hehehe!!

The cinemas in Dublin had the mobile jammers too for a while and it was bliss, unfortunately its against EU regs or something.

Left pull outs - you see them, try to eyeball.....then BANG...........

That's mine at the moment...... can't afford another left pull out until I get the 'first' assessed......grrrrrrrrrrr.....my left shoulder is a bit 'goosed'....

Left hookers I can deal with - i.e lot's of verbal....

For guys I think the biggest hazard is in summer with young ladies in short skirts distracting cycling concentration.

The left-hand-chop, as said before, is high on the list. But also the right-turning-nip-and-tuck where the oncoming car beleives it can squeeze in between you and the car in front and if their risk assement is out then its the cyclist that does the easing....

In 6 years I don't recall seeing a single cycling accident take place. I've passed a few (maybe 4 or 5) after the event. Don't think any resulted in a death. I've obviously read about quite a few. Personally I've had 3 collisions, all with peds being stupid, none of which resulted in injury to me or them.
