Wot front pannier rack?

For me lovely summer bike?

The distance (centre to centre) between the bosses shown in the piccy is a smidgen over 140mm, but what sort of front pannier rack will fit.

Secondly, if I may, will the upcoming Lidl panniers (http://www.lidl.co.uk/en/our-offers-2491.htm?action=showDetail&id=32422), fit on the front rack?

Second the Tubus suggestion. Either Tara or Ergo.

Cheers chaps. Went for the Tubus Nova instead, to better support the seemingly good but otherwise a bit floppy Lidl panniers wot I bought earlier this week.
And of course it is in stainless...
