yes along the dual carriageway heading from the roundabout with the the services on , up towards Clobryn Road. I worked for Triact a looooooooooooong time ago and used to use that road daily. past the hotel 70 degrees and down into Colwyn Bay that way

Wow - small world - I worked for Daniel (think they bought out Triact before I started) when we bought out a local civil engineers/builders merchants in Llysfen (if that's how you spell it) - I know the hill - nice drag though !

that would be the small civils company that got bought. I did the electric install in the new offices on the quarry edge . spent many hours in the plant shed running new cable where the plant fitters clobbered it with 360 machines and tippers. Triact did a lot of work for Daniel, i think the refurb of sewers in Rhyl was done by them . fell off a ladder outside boots showing off to some fit looking ladies in the staff room on the 1st floor. http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?q=Lla...id=WyXOLrbyWpyxUE2zClgk5g&cbp=12,6.88,,0,7.29

IIRC you're quite young.

You can do this, at least for 1-2 days - then you'll know whether you can carry on that week

Personally I would suggest that since you've got a train station opposite take your bike in on the train a few times a week and cycle on the home journey.

My thoughts exactly. Then you won't arrive at work as a sweaty heap. Give it a month or so and you should find that you can ride 20 miles steadily without breaking sweat. I always ride to work (12.5 miles/45 mins) in a sedate manner so that I arrive sweat free. Then I ride the 12.5 home usually in around 35 mins, for a really good workout.

Well I will see how things pan out and if I actually get the job but for the first few weeks, I will probably use the train so that I can get comfortable in the company.
