I have the Zonda's and had them running 10 speed on Defy, with spacer as stated above, and 11 speed on my Bianchi. No issues at all.Would still need to be a 11speed hub though and not 8/9/10 speed as most wheels

Which means they have an 11 speed hub as i said.....the old zondas had 8/9/10I have a pair of Zondas myself with 11sp Ultegra I think you will find like I said before If you remove the spacer it will take the 11.....
Agree with this, slightly smoother gear changes and a small amount of weight saving is all it will achieve.I don't see the point in having two bikes that are virtually identical apart from groupset. I would personally try something different if you feel that you must get an N+1.
