Sounds like the bike might have been too big to start with, but good to find a simple fix

You would think that was the problem, but I also found out this week that it not the case. I changed my 90mm stem for a 60mm and I also notice the difference. It just ssits you up a bit, which sets your weight back to the saddle. I would imagine a lot of riders would ot like the position on a road bike, but I am not a racer and it suits me.

The bike in every other respect is excellent for me and so its not too big. We all have different riding positions and you need to really fine tune it. To get it right. A couple of mm here and there can make all the difference.

According to the label, it's seat tube length, or more accurately, 'effective seat tube' length.
Definitely for 6'3 to 6'5 :rolleyes:

The bike is actually better regards steering. Especially if I have to take a hand off the bar, as I'm not over reaching and am better balanced.
