I bought a new bike on the ride to work scheme just over 8 weeks ago.
Initially all was well until a rear spoke snapped on my commute. Luckily I have a LBS 5 mins away from work who did a repair.

When I took my bike in, the mechanic noticed the wheels were different to the ones on the dealers website. TBH I never even checked as I don't know much about different brands.
With my bike fixed all was well again until another spoke snapped a week later.
This time I left the spoke due to the free service with the dealer coming up.
When I took the bike in I expressed my lack of confidence in the wheels and explained about them being a different brand to the ones advertised on the website. I requested that they put the correct wheels on my bike.
I was told that the manufacturer changed supplier during the run and they no longer supply bikes with the original wheel. All they can do is send the wheel away to check for faults. If they find anything they will replace with a new wheel of the same type as I currently have.

Has anyone else experienced anything like this and what are my rights?

Incidently, The bike is a Bianchi Via Nirone 7 Tiagra. It should have come with Ambrosio WS 23s but was fitted with Jalco DRX 2000s. Which of these are generally better?
