I prefer Kale to sprouts. In answer to the OP's question, yes, just the chicken legs and apple. And maybe a vegetable on the side, haricot verts or corn. Asparagus, now there's a real vegetable, or grass, or whatever it is. It requires patience and fortitude of the gardner, and yields a fine food into the bargain.

I love sprouts too, in every edible manifestation of them, my particular favourite, is to slices them and and sauté them in butter with lardons or bacon and a little garlic. I love them just bolted or steamed too, they are an unjustifiably much maligned vegetable.
