A corned beef and potato birthday pie baked for my friend Beryl's seventieth birthday. She likes a pie or two.

Where I come from coke was something that you put on the open fire. Metallurgical coke was a bugger to light though.

Yep that's Beryl. As mad as a box of frogs and lovely with it. She owns and runs a hippy/alternative lifestyle shop.

My daughter's comment on seeing the picture was "What the hell! What kind of voodoo does she do!"

Any of the halal varieties or anything that isn't budget priced. The budget priced ones seem to have a higher fat content not that it makes much difference to a pie whose crust is 33% fat.
