Yet more help please!!

I am earning brownie points at the moment fitting a new bathroom suite(so the dog can be bathed as he does not like the shower cubicle) women!!, and have wore her down in my desire for a summer/dry weather only bike.
My question is the LBS Pedal On does bike fitting and was wondering what are the advantages, as I still get back pain on my Boardman after about 20 miles so would the bike fitting give me pain free riding, I do think that some of the pain is my back still getting used to the seating position as I have only been riding for a couple of months.

IF they are able to set up the bike to fit you, then yes. It sound like your seat position is wrong, I am sure there will be some one along soon to tell you what...
