No, I've not signed up for either of those. Like the look of the second one especially - will keep my eye on that for later in the year. I've only had a road bike for a few months so am easing myself into the longer challenge-type rides. Did the TdF stage 2 route last month (York to Sheffield, albeit over 2 days not in one like the pros), amd looking at doing Wolds cycleway soon, and just this weekend I seem to have accidentally agreed to cycle London-Paris over 4 days. Still, I have a full 9 days to prepare for that one.....

Pace is fine on a Sunday 12-15mph -
though went out with @Soltydog on Saturday & he pushed me (well it would have been nice ) to nearer 17mph

Sounds good. We should organise a reciprocal get-together between the 2 groups; a Hornsea ride and a Hull ride.

Just as well I'd cycled to & done a full shift at work prior to our ride, otherwise I might have been fast Hope I didn't push too hard?
