Dixie Chicks

Primarily because SWMBO & l saw them on the 'Home' tour, in 2003, at Manchester Apollo
It was the gig before they spoke out about George Bush

Cream - At the Albert Hall. Not a big Cream fan tbh, but it’s a great DVD.

A mate of mine was there one night, he said to me, “guess who was sitting behind me?”

“ don’t know “ says I .

“ Feckin everyone” says he.

Jammy git had front row seats.

... Talking Heads - Stop Making Sense (1984)

...is the correct answer.

However, the special edition DVD has Cities, Big Business/I Zimba as bonus tracks whilst the special edition VHS put them where they belonged in the concert, so the VHS trumps the DVD for me.

Traditionally my second place was always The Cure Live in Orange, closely followed by Pink Floyd in Pompeii, but that's not a proper concert.

My only contender for Stop Making Sense would be Gong's Uncon 2006... two hours and fifteen minutes of geriatric space folk.
