It's a Spa Cycles Rove 725 but I went for a few changes to the standard spec. I've got dynamo wheel & lights, racks, mudguards, a Spa sub compact chainset (24/38) and Surly Moloko handlebars. Tyres are 50mm Schwalbe Mondials. I'm not sure about the handlebars - got some pain in my right hand (mouse hand). I think I'll try cutting them down before trying another bar. They're 79cm wide with the bar ends. Saying all that, the loop and horns work really well and I can get a nice tucked in position.

Did you splash out on a new Carradice saddle bag as well ? .

I bought that one almost a year ago - it's the lowsaddle longflap. I also have a camper longflap (even newer) but there's not quite enough room for it on this bike. I use the Carradice QR bracket (on three bikes now) and that lowers the bag by about two inches, which doesn't help.
