Somewhat scratty graffiti in the A187 underpass between Howden & Percy Main, just north of the Tyne Cycle Tunnel. I often take this route to get from the tunnel to the Stephenson Railway path when I'm doing a 'remote ride' up there, from Jarrow riverside car park.
I'm not dissing the area, but by the time you've ridden up through Howden and Percy Main it's quite common to come out the other end well chilled and humming Bob Marley songs.
