Forge, apparently built in in 1930. I was fascinated by the rambling old corrugated iron building.

Some of the newer (ie 200sh) ones around here have what they produced (ie setts) marked on the 1st ed. OS maps.

Old saw mill, driven by a Lister smoke generator diesel engine. I wish they'd restore this. The engine turns over but compression is notably absent.

I'm sure these things have a proper name. I'd say there you used to be threshing million built into the barn. We had something similar but my brother demolished everything.

Rednal - had a car parked in it 15 years ago, but a local told me it was originally a smithy.
Curious to know what the real story is, but that huge chimney in a small building that was originally open at one does look convincing for a smithy.
