Crucifix on the road out of Tübingen: these become more common as we go further into the Catholic region to the south. This was made in 1979, but this is just the most recent version: there was probably a cross on this site for centuries.

A memorial to the Fanad Patriots who allegedly killed Lord Leitrim, a seriously unpopular Landlord. From what I remember of the story, the police never managed to make the evidence stick.
