About 10 years ago there was an in-fashion perfume that I hated the smell of, while on holiday in the Canaries I was in one of the large perfumeries, and while waiting for the wife I tried to identify the smell I loathed, on finding the bottle I gave it a quick squirt and accidentally sprayed it up my nose, I was stuck with that disgusting smell for the rest of my holiday, even my food tasted of it - I think it was called Narcissus?
Could have been Chloe Narcisse, the smell reminds me a little of rhubarb.

I loved the smell of a used matchbox... the sand paper side with plenty of sulphur stuff etched in it... not smelt that for years!

The smell of freshly sprayed silage... sorry, it just reminds me of the countryside in the summer, always has done.

The smell from the top of the stairs of almost any meal being cooked. That just reminds me that it's somebody else's turn to cook.
