It is a spectacular dismount that you have matey75.6 miles with the cycle chat eccose Tour De Fife . Great guys, horrible winds and have A left cleat that just won't unclip so had two falls ad some new scars. Almost doubled the pb on distance and time I set last week, so rally happy to have done the distance when I only stared January and am a robust 15 stone

didn't realise how tired I was last night until I read the state of my spelling in that post!
think in total it was around 11 hilly in places flat in others, only downer is my wahoo sc is not working correctly so all the stats and distance are completely wrong, so have deleted the ride
did enjoy myself though..
)Well done!My little epic today was 50 miles, not done that many in one go for about 4 years, so well chuffed with myself. (Was hilly as well, legs are getting stronger.)

First decent ride on the new bike, headed off from Newbury to Swindon via Hungerford, then back and heading through the lanes from Brimpton to Kingsclere. Legs started to cramp up towards the end, need to look at my electrolyte intake (I limit salt intake due to high blood pressure).Got my first metric century today, 68 miles (15.7 mph ave.)First decent ride on the new bike, headed off from Newbury to Swindon via Hungerford, then back and heading through the lanes from Brimpton to Kingsclere.
