I think Romsey have got the town hall caretaker. We do have bands though, the old cadet band, and the local school medley.

I might actually go. It all sounds quite nice and civilised.

Have been googling around and I'd have to go 12 miles down the road to see a CBeebies star in Sandbach and then all the way to Warrington to see an X-Factor lady.

Otherwise it's down to the Mayor or local community groups,so I don't think there is the cash to splash out on a quality switcher-on like that diminutive Top Gear guy.

Alderley had Edwin Van Der Sar Wilmslow had someone from X factor. Like others I don't watch it so don't have a clue who they are. I was reliably informed they were not a winner.

Southampton had a seven foot robot aparently. Although Southampton hasn't had any proper lights for about three years as the council is to tight to invest in some new lights so this robot thing only switched on the lights in a privately owned shopping centre.
