Another who is interesting is MonkeyShred In the U.K. He does restorations on older bikes which involves a lot of maintenance.

i just watched that one and it's very much down to earth real life bike repairs.

Nothing flashy, no fancy camera work, no script.

I'm now a follower.

Awesome... keep them coming guys! Watched a few GCN ones last night so going to keep watching a few. For a complete novice, it's useful just to add some context :smile:

The golden rule before doing any bike repair, is to ask if you are not sure (fools rush in etc.).

It also helps to have the right tools (£100 will sort you out with most of the tools you need to fix your bike).

Online videos posted by experts in their field are what have kept me on the road for the last year.

When I started riding a bike in the 1960's, we only had "bicycle repair man" on the telly to aid us.

He was pretty rubbish to be honest.
