Gone for NEO as it has such positive write ups pretty much everywhere. I can get it from local bike shop so if it does go wrong at least I have a human to deal with (ok, it's Halfords, but the guys in my local one are actually quite good

just liked the thought of these as they had 2 moving pads and no oil - if i was in the middle of nowhere i should be able to fix myself
the front brake is spot on but no matter how hard i pull back brake the wheel doesnt lock with just me on - doubt it would stop a fully loaded bike at all

Got my backside kicked in by @berty bassett in the Team Italy Gladiators race last night 
. Doesn't bode well for Thursday as it's a very similar London course with Box Hill ascent. Hopefully you've knackered yourself out Lee?!
