Oh dear, hope its break rather than ligament damage if its bad. Breaks tend to heal better

Yeah i did the other side when i was 16 and it took ages. Although this time i can move it forward and back a tiny bit (but not side to side) whereas that time i couldn't move it or weight bear at all so hopefully can be cycling reasonably soon...now just have to try to not put on a pile of weight before then :mrpig:

HR was strangely high

Just finished Stage 4 in 43:40 after a week of little time on the bike and a lot of time in the car, so pretty pleased with that.

Is there an XP advantage in redoing the stage? It seemed that the banners were giving 250XP power ups but I don't recall seeing XP at the end of each km... But then, I wasn't looking *that* closely.

3hrs 20 mins on the turbo all in my SS gearing (50/19). Started off by doing the 3 Sisters route; this let me put in 900 metres of elevation in the first 40km of riding. This was trying to simulate the ToC where most of the elevation will be early on in the ride. I was quite surprised that I could climb the Epic KoM in my SS gear, this just shows how much I've improved this past few months :okay: The last climb was the Volcano KoM, where I ended up getting a PB which is not bad given I had been riding for 90 mins already. Then headed over to the desert flats where I did a few loops to get to 100km. Legs not too bad at the end, but seat was getting sore. All this done on 1 1/2 bottles of water with SiS tablet but no food. 3 or 4 of these types of ride a week leading up to ToC should see me hitting good form and (hopefully) losing the final 2-3 kg :wahhey:
