I find it very difficult to type - by the time I've said "great group at 34km" I've usually been dropped and/or fallen off the bike

Couple days ago when was in a Velocity group ride i was typing messages to group and accidentally i drift wrong side of the fence. I went so badly that i lost my time to return back to beacon's group so i zapped out, lucky for me i found big group other zapped Velocity riders so i join them for awhile. TdZ I can only give ride on's... in a flat segments.

I opted to ride the Quatch Quest route this morning on Zwift ( https://zwiftinsider.com/quatch-quest/ ) 5521 feet of climbing , got the epic KOM out of the way and Zwift threw a wobbly lost connection and when I finally got it back it asked if I wished to continue and put me on the bloody hilly route ,not very happy☹ So no route signed off today but another 3000 feet towards the tron bike 97% complete now

Shame about the connection issues. They're a bugger aren't they!

I'm 75% towards the climbing target for the Tron bike but have only really been trying to target climbs for a few months (switched from doing workouts around the volcano route which I really like to the Alpe). Hoping the tron bike won't be disappointing when I finally get it!

I can keep bribing my mate at Vodafone to continue to pull out Nick's internet connection at the exchange

Thought it was spooky that it failed 7PM two days in a row, when it hasn't dropped at all for months!

These hills are killing me, but I'm officially reducing my weight on zwift by a kg so I imagine I'll fly up now

I have been back on my 1500 calories a day for 3 weeks to try and shift my last few kg of my weight loss ,another drop soon for me also😀

I did the Surrey hills route a few weeks back. I had done the loop, the wife came in, requested I finished for dinner. I missed completing the route by 0.6 mile. So I had to do it again.

Strava has a different segment to Zwift's route unlock. You need to ride up and over Foxhill twice

Oh no, I did 95% of the Everything Bagel course the other day and bailed before the end.
The idea of racing it

First time when i noticed that route called Everything Bagel i thought that's a tourist route to local bakery, well it wasn't.

I believe the world has to be in balance, so for your reduced calorie intake, I treated myself and son to Maccy D breakfast

Hopefully we'll both get there in the next week - not sure how much climbing there is on stage 4.

To me it’s been well worth it. I’m not high enough level to get near the other fast bikes. I think I got tron bike when I was level 16 maybe. Now I’m 23 I‘m still not sure what bike I can get that gets close to the tron bike.

Incidentally when I got level 23 during the last race I was awarded a skateboard crash helmet 🤷‍♂️

Also during the last race I kept on getting asked if I was ready to join the 7 o’clock race. I guess I entered both but don’t remember. Then the battery on my Apple TV remote died. And I’m being given a countdown timer until I automatically (?) join the 7 o'clock race pen. Lucky the apple remote works as soon as you plug it in so I avoided being transported with a few seconds to spare. Is this normal that it still asks you if you’re joining the later race even when you’re in a race?

These days fastest bike for flat/rolling/mixed stages is Specialized Venge S-Works and Tron bike comes only in 5th.

There's only four frames that are faster than the Tron on flat or rolling courses, and they're only faster if you pair them up with the Zipp 858/Super 9 wheelset which is only available if you're level 45 or above. So yeah, I still use the Tron bike pretty much exclusively unless I'm doing something like Alpe Du Zwift (I'm only level 34)
