I didn't realise you were in the same ride @LBHIFI, but then I wasn't really aware of much going on during that ride .
We weren't ^_^ I was riding half an hour before you. I did a Strava comparison for the 1st flat section.

Andy Strava is easy if you have the app on your phone. If you open up someone's ride, whether you follow them or not, you will see a thumbs up and just click or tap it. With an iPhone if you want to give kudos to people you have ridden with, open up your ride, click on line where it shows who you ride with and shake the phone! You will then get an option to kudo all on the ride or just those you follow and choose.
In Zwift, again if you have an iPhone get the Zwift mobile link. When you do a ride in Zwift open the link and you will see on 3rd screen when scroll across you can click on a rider that takes you to them on the ride and there is a like button-click!

does anyone know with BKOOL whether one can change the start point when starting a route, to later in the route? (When using BKOOL at home on bike that is paired successfully with BKOOL on iPad)
(Or should I just accept one always has to start at the beginning of the BKOOL route?

I'm aiming to join Tommy at 6pm too - well until he drops me on that first nasty hill about a mile into the race anyway!

Mate the day I assume I’m going to drop you will never come. Form is temporary, class is permanent as they say 👍

Now tell me more about this hill... have we got to climb up the glass road? Not a fan of New York!

I finally got around to some analysis of my Neo2 v Assioma's. THis was the first ride since I remembered to oil the chain
I'm trying to upload the data into ZwiftPower for a dual recording analysis but running into some issues with file size etc. The data below has been extracted from Strava and Garmin Connect into .tcx files, transferred into GoldenCheetah, dataset moved into Excel, and then charts created after some manual synchronisation of the data .

Next test will be in work out mode with ERG on with 2 minute steady state at various power settings.

Exec Summary
All in all very close, apart from the Neo2 sometimes slow to respond to some of the peaks.
A high level averaging for the full ride:-
Assioma - 287w
Neo2 - 280w (-2.5%)

1000s - 1200s

3 second averaged power data: 240s - 300s
They say 2.5 % is close but when you get pipped by half a second it pi$$es you off. Especially when it's by people you know & race with. Theirs may be over reporting as yours is under reporting

Bit of a mare. Everyone disappeared just after start. Blooming Nipper on Xbox 😏 Sod it, pushed on and glad I did. Everyone came back but I was in 600tb or so place so made my way through, attacked the climb, pb’d it and then just kept going. Normally hate that course but really enjoyed it tonight. Oh, and did a SF session in immediately before as a warm up and will do it again.
Didn’t see T and B- too fast for me with their dodgy turbo’s 😁

Toughest course on zwift? I can’t think of a harder one but I’ve not done as many as most of you guys.

I went out too fast I think because I really ran out of steam near the end. Luckily hung on to a group and just slipped away from @bridgy. That second climb was like a giant frying pan hitting me in the face. Repeatedly.

So nearly stayed with you on that first climb - just ran out of legs towards the top and you were gone! No complaints about the rest of the ride - I got dropped by my group again on second climb but always found an OK group to ride with. Knackered and starting to cramp by the end though.

52.12 for me

Probably going to skip this one, as my overtraining isn't going away and the sky roads are rubbish.
Even Watopia makes some sense - the courses feel like they were designed around the fictional geography instead of NYC's "hey we put a big hill here that serves no purpose other than to penalise heavy riders, wow aren't we fun"

Might do the "B" course when I feel well enough to try, since I do enjoy the park circuit.
