No idea ... didn't see the chat on FB. Do you have a link?I take it neither of these 2 are one of the riders foolishly supported on FB last week for doing the same thing?
I agree that this guys data doesn't support such a blatant use of that on/off power technique as the other one. Some trainers or PMs do give some quite lumpy power graphs like this so I'd be more wary of calling this guy out on it, even though something a bit odd does seem to be going on. The other one does look quite blatant to me from what I can see, particularly when you takeinto account the cadence data from StravaThis is the other guy in the same section of race. Not as obvious and he may have just been reacting to the obvious saw-toother to try to hold his wheel.
The irony is the guy who saw-toothed came behind me and this other guy ... but still, should probably be called out officially.

. I remember talking to the doctor about it when he was taking my pulse and blood pressure, he brought it up by asking if I did any endurance sports, as my HR and BP were down where they would expect marathon runners to be

He told me not be be too concerned as it's recovery that matters ... as long as the HR falls to a sensible level with 10 minutes of stopping it's OK. I've been doing a lot of work on VO2 Max recently and rarely get a HR much more than 183 ... although to be fair, I'm also aware that when I go over 183 I'm going into the red, so it had better be worth it

. His stroke volume was also huge, which accounts for the abilities he had. One doctor I was riding with turned round and told me I had a heart the size of a hummingbird when we were discussing this!!!

So this is why people love the Neo @<Tommy> ?
Seriously though @Norry1 this seems like a bit of an odd result to me? We'd expect to see a slightly higher output at the pedals than at the turbo due to drive train losses?? Not sure what typical losses are on the drive train but I wouldn't be surprised if it was 5-10W?

I didn't name and shameTag these criminals on that Facebook thread @Whorty !
Was hoping one of his team might pop up and have a quiet word with him about his technique.

As far as i know that is been in a wish list few years now. Few years ago it's been said it's coming soon but nothing happened yet. Would be nice to ride against my own ghost as well. You know what would be great on zwift - a ghost feature.
