legs are toast today , really struggled with it today but i was determined to get the wahoo challange done and dusted , i know i have been pushing it to much the last couple of weeks so im going to slow it down and hopefully the doc will ok me to ride outside this friday and then i can start getting back to it as im aware with my set up my workouts have just been geusswork with the hills no reflection of the real world

Don't have time to watch TV. He was pitching a rocker plate? What was special about it? Most importantly: Did they have someone on the bike to show how it works?

Yes a rocker plate.
Nothing I can see is special about it.
Yes somebody demonstrated it and the dragon Steve Bartlett had a go and said he prefers his peloton.
The outcome really surprised me especially as the pitch was slightly uncomfortable as well.
