Paul couldn't make it so @Girafitti stepped in

Bram is riding next week. Both Bram and I had only done 2 rides so one of us did the TTT, one is doing the painful, horrible, killer Innsbruck climb .... I managed to get the TTT

We have to be ahead of them next week as a tie means WTRL look at finishing points and they have more than us. So we need our strongest climbers out next week to grab some FTS/FAL at the KoM and FAL at the Sprint plus finishing place. Going to be a hard job as we've dominated the sprint weeks but they have 4 good 'cruising' riders who should do well on the KoM

I was looking at Jura's W/kg. They are all pretty good and evenly matched. What is the B cat upper limit W/kg? Can you guys run at that limit for 20 mins? That's what C's are hoping to do, to get a good lead over the hill and hopefully KOM points too
