Tommy could do it and Paul, aswell. I had a club member with me, he is 40yr 68kg and our fastest TT rider with sub 50 mins for a 25 mile course. His heart rate was quite low compared to me. Getting older sometimes get put into perspective

Probably flattering me slightly too say the least there Andy! but I'd be up for giving it a go next time.
