I can do multiple races, but form falls away quickly and takes me forever to recover. Maybe now because I can see my data for recovery on Garmin, I tend to space my events , so I don't end up in a spiral of fatigue.

Stage 6 FRR done ,absolute sufferfest ,ITT 33km on tides and temples which includes the Epic Kom to the new grade junction ,36th out of 80+. The earlier races had been won in 59mins so I'm quite happy with 1hr 2mins in something that doesn't suit me . I averaged 3.1w/kg for the effort equaling my 1 HR power . The guy who won averaged 3.3w/kg for an hour 😮 and still has a lower zrs than me and is still a cat C. Back to hilly races tomorrow before Sundays epic which scares me

Good going. Almost there!

I managed to win a group ride today. Might as well retire, as that's a pinnacle of everyone's dreams

Stage 7 FRR done 16th of 60 +on Itza party , Want you don't really want a day after a 1hr TT is a race that's goes straight up the hilly Kom well welcome to FRR racing 😄 .Managed to hang on the front group over this and the rollers to Titans despite matching my PR I got dropped over the top ,Found myself in a small group of 4 and we all worked together and caught a few others before the 1st sprint . I managed to get everyone to regroup after the 4 sprints so the eight of us rode to the the last climb or is it 2 climbs . Somehow managed a combined PR up both climbs but lost out in a slow motion sprint for the win of the 2nd group race

For the first time in ages I did the Tiny Races. As the E category is 0-260 points and I'm on 253, I thought it was too good an opportunity to miss.

Finished 6th, 9th, 11th and 4th (average of 91 riders in each race) which I am well chuffed with. Waiting for the official results once riders who didn't do all four races are DQ'd and hopefully I might gain a place or two on that. Might even post the video on here, but my upload speeds are terrible at the moment, so that'll be later this evening.

Upgraded to 8th, 8th and 2nd(!) on the final three races. Stayed at 6th on the first race, but could make a case for being 5th as the winner was someone who only entered race 1, did 3.7 w/kg average (18% higher watts than anyone else in the race) and this along got him an upgrade of over 130pts to his Racing Score, which would not just put him in the category above, but he'd be one of the higher ranked riders there.

EDIT - finished third overall! 61 riders did all four races.

Question looking to stage 8 of FRR which is the 4 horseman route in zwift plus 4km more which probably adds the zwift Kom and finished up the volcano for a 2nd time 😮. Has anyone done the route and how long will it take ,zwift has 3hrs for 3w/kg and 4hrs for 2w/kg So I guess I'm going to be in the middle hopefully at 2.5w/kg realistic? ,remember this is coming after 7 stages of hard racing in 8 days
Edit just checked the distances it won't climb the volcano again so finish up the zwift kom
Answer 3hrs 46mins and change
Stage 8 FRR just the small matter of the 4 horseman route and another trip up the hilly Kom as it's FRR so 90kms . The most subdued zwift start I've had I wonder why , Managed to hold the front group up the Hilly Kom to the bottom of the volcano where the race just splintered climbed with a group of about 8 and we crested together and rode to the Epic together, more splintering and crested with just 2 others . On to the Alpe where the 3 of us climbed up at about 2.6w/kg steadyish but feeling the fatigue . We caught another guy about 3km from the top . At 2 km to go I wasn't completely broken so I picked up the pace and crested solo putting time into all the others . Completely rested on the downhill the guy we caught on the climb came flying past and properly dropped me . At the bottom when I went to start pedaling again my legs were gone ,felt absolutely awful the guy nearest behind had took 20 secs on me on the descent and was still 30 secs behind but he slowly reeled me in as I slowly died. When he got to me I was able to latch on and we rode to the finish were I out kicked him for 15th out of 50+ which was payback for him beating by 2 secs on the ITT 😄. Then as I was at 90km I decided to ride on until I got to 100km for the badge which wasn't a good idea 😁
