If they follow normal procedure, it will be cumulative time over the 3 legs.

Even pacing on day one, go all in day 2 ?

I'll probably just treat them as 3 separate races and go all out on each.

Just been out for my first proper outdoor ride with measured power. What a game-changer! I think the sunshine helped, but I smashed out 30 rolling miles at just a touch under 20mph.

Squeezed out 833W for a 30s sprint on one of my local Strava segments, too. It's approached by quite a steep descent, then over a level crossing, and the segment doesn't begin until about 1/3 of the way up the hill on the other side. I got the timing just perfect, as I caught right up to two cars as they picked their way over the crossing, and got a nice slipstream onto the foot of the hill!

Did you get on the podium for Strava?

The fella who has the Just golf segment kom- did it with a few Watts less than you Tim but was 7 seconds faster. He is a bit of a racing snake from the looks of his avatar and young-barsteward

I know he has loads of KOMs in my neck-of-the-woods so I wasn't surprised to be behind. He must be quite light to have done that on less power! Could probably eke out more time now that I know where the segment begins and ends - 'Live Segments' on Wahoo is cool but a bit too much information when you're in the zone!

Hadn't really even clocked the squirrels. Are they grey or red, that'll help me decide how annoyed I'll be.

Finally got second upgrade on sl8, slow business for me! I understand it's only the first 3 that provide performance upgrades, it's xp and drops upgrades after that, which I'm not that bothered about but will accrue in due time. Might switch to aethos for my longer rides and do some climbing to get it upgraded a bit next.

it depends on the bike type. for the SL8, all five are performance upgrades.
