Yeah that was a tough double header final two rounds for DRS (well it was for me!) I went all-in on the TT with an aim to go sub 20 minutes - which I just managed and was good enough for 15th on the road - adjusted to 17th after segment points because I didn't even try on those. I was happy with that in the strong field we were racing in but unfortunately it took everything out of me and I didn't have the kick in my legs to stay with the pack when we hit the first proper segment in the second race. I hung less than 10 seconds off the back for AGES it seemed but couldn't close the gap so that was race over really - thankfully we did have 4 up in the front group including Bram.

Enjoyed the series overall - not much time to rest though as next round of ZRL starts very soon!

It was a strong field wasn't it. When I looked at the sprint results on zwiftpower I was confused as I could see the 1st placed guy but not me - then I realised he had out sprinted everyone on fts including the top categories! Beat me by a full second.

Second sprint he beat me by 2/1000s of a second and that was with me pootling along the rest whereas he was pushing out 4w/kg the rest of the time.

Hollie who won GC was on the GB eSports team for the world's last year

Happy to say that my DIRT team got first place overall in our league (Fusilli - Silver). Can't take any credit for it though as I was only able to take part in the first two rounds and in both of those I was the fifth rider from the team across the line and didn't score anything at the sprints, so I literally contributed nothing to the team's score!

Yeah it was - still fair I think, just lots of strong riders and teams with strength in depth.

I have a ZRL winners helmet back from CycleChat C when I rode just the last round in which you had almost won the league before that round I finished man 6 scored no points and Until recently proudly wore the helmet 😁
