All in all I enjoyed the free trial but I won’t be rushing to pay the extra.
That seems to be the general concensus among Zwift Racers that i know. I wonder if the "general populus" of Zwift sees the world differently?

During this free trial it's been busy on the routes on Zwift+ Be interesting to see how traffic changes once the free 9 day trial runs out. Having riders up the road to chase down has been fun. Sometimes Zwift feels too busy, so my anti-social side likes the fewer riders on Zwift+ roads haha

Not tried the coach out - not really my thing.
Mr Misanthrope here. I prefer the empty roads most of the time. Although when I'm in a chasy mood it's nice to have a few about.

Same here on the coach thing.

Zwift were working on their own video tech, but shirley as soon as they bought Rouvy back in April, you ditch the in-house product and pinch the code from Rouvy.

Anyone willing to pay an extra £9pcm on Zwift+ may as well pay an extra ~£13pcm for Rouvy instead.

I did consider the having both subs, but not gaining my XP and bike upgrades on Zwift stopped me from adding in Rouvy (I know it's only pretend XP/bikes, but that's part of the game haha). It may have been better, as you say, to link up Rouvy to Zwift so that miles in Rouvy worked on Zwift XP and bikes.
I'll use it for a month and see how many riders vanish after the initial 9 days free. Also see how many extra routes they add as the current back is great, but small compared to FulGaz or Rouvy.
I certainly prefer new 'real' routes added to Zwift+ compared to the often 'new' routes on Zwift which are nothing more than existing roads but with different turns to make a 'new' route.

I wonder if you can hook Rouvy into Zwift in the same way that you can now get XP credit for outdoor rides (Garmin, Strava etc)? It wouldn’t help with bike upgrades though.

It doesn't look like it, no. I did the free 7 day trial of Rouvy back in August and connected it up to both Garmin Connect and Strava, so my rides appeared automatically on both. Just looked through my Zwift feed now and while it's got all of my Garmin outdoor rides, there's no Rouvy rides listed.
