Kip shimano and campag freehubs are interchangeable. Seems weird you have to pay more doesn’t it? Maybe they should send you the shimano one too? You know what brand of main hub zuus use?

Bitex bx 305/6 hubs. Decentish apparentky with easily replaceable bearings.

The last few days I’ve been stuck in a classroom doing an incredibly dull building regulations course. Exam tomorrow so this is just a fleeting visit. I tell you what, you house cats don’t know good you’ve got it being able to pilfer from the work stock cupboard. 10 quid I just spent on post it notes. 10 quid! What a joke!

They use bitex bx305 hubs, can't say I've heard of them but they use standard cartridge bearings so will be easily serviced

Just signed up for the 24km ITT at 18:10.

Apart from the 2 drop outs, which lost me about 40 seconds, I'm pleased with the iTT. 40 mins with an ave of 246 watts. These workouts I'm doing are certainly helping

Received around 25 emails tonight from bkool, telling me ive been chosen & beat, ironically I can’t remember ever riding the route suggested.

Well it does seem I had a good one - I even got an nice little FTP increase notification at end. My claim to fame is I did actually beat Emma Pooley - I was also watching the GCN live feed and she was definitely trying! As she pointed out though it was mostly flat so all about absolute watts rather than w/kg.

Amazing what those guys right at the front of the race can do

Having said that it was all about absolute watts in that (mostly) flat GCN Race, I notice that my watts were actually slightly higher than those of the guy who won it - he weighs 20kg less than me so huge w/kg compared to mine obviously. But does show there's more to it than just big average watts, even on the flat

flat race with a pack, light riders easily go with the big riders. Only when its one against one that bigger rider will triumph

Why is their a duplicate payment?
Can you have the Zwift service without ITunes?

Well, that ramp after the tunnel just before the finishing ks was right up you alley, I guess. With no powerups, it cost me around 40 places!
