Another steady session for me tonight, nothing as hard as yesterday though. 250W avg with 610W max.

Restarting the zwift 4wk FTP builder.
So you tried the plan before? Did it work?
Couldn't help notice that there are no rest days. Don't think my old legs could cope with that.

I did start it, but didn't finish due to other commitments, there are rest days built in, they are down as free rides, and it says I'd you need a rest day to take that. I ride 5 days a week commuting anyway, albeit at a slower pace, so rest days must be at the weekend, I'm planning on skipping Sundays, but then doing that effort on Monday and so on.

Just had my best race on Zwift so far in the 6pm PRS race - first time I have managed to stay with the front group for the whole race. Had to really dig deep once or twice when I was nearly dropped but just about managed to get back on! Seems to be the hill everyone attacks each lap - either that or everyone else is 10kgs lighter than me!

I was exhausted by the end though so came 8th out of 8 in the sprint finish. Still, it's a start!

You got 7th and all but one were lighter than you according to zwiftpower
