B cat starts a few minutes after 1pm

Bob's in the Zsun team cat B, I'm doing it solo in cat B, but will be 'team tart' and draft anyone nearby. Berty is making an appearance if he can up from his death bed- did you know he was ill?
tried dabbling my toes in the real world today to see how i felt
dead man walking was the outcome !
got 10 miles out and the shivers came and by the time i got home i had to just stand in the shower to try and warm up
weight has dipped below the magic number again cos i aint eating so unless a miracle happens over night i doubt if i will even try to make a fool of myself tomorrow - if i even make it through the night

On my last hard week of a TrainerRoad 6 week block - Sweet Spot Base - then a recovery week. Any one else find it really difficult to back off properly on recovery weeks?

Yes, but as I became more fatigued, it became mentality easier. I have about a week to go on my TR block.

Zwift is more of a problem to keep a steady power. Too many riders either chasing or you are catching up to resist the temptation to push on.

Yes i just can't do it, ive had to drop my high volume plan i was 3 weeks into it, but i found the 2 hour sessions really hard and i found it it extremely uncomfortable on the arse, so im on mid volume now

Discovered yesterday LBS have buggered up gears on Turbo bike. Seemed ok. All they had to do was swap over 105 parts. Only 4 useable gears on back and not much improvement with my tinkering so mobile bike mechanic on his way to hopefully sort. Really don’t want to swap in my commuter. Saddle is already right back as far as it can go on bike rails to accommodate my bike fit and using it always leaves me acheing much more than the turbo bike. First world problems!

What crappy timing...

Bob bike mechanical is child's play and a lbs should be able to do it blindfolded:sad:. I love tinkering with mechanical, electronics.. Just can't believe a shop would charge you for that

Sounds really slack doesn’t it.

I got my rear derailer indexed first time when i swapped derailers couldn't believe it got it to a tea now^_^, bob if you bring it up to me I'll sort it:tongue:

My nearest LBS won’t touch a bike unless you buy it from them. So I have to go to this other one though no more.

Can you not come to me Dean^_^
