Dean, I Don’t know! Calf certainly didn’t like the last 1300m of climbing and has pretty much locked up. So I won’t ride for a day or so. Not expecting a different ride just the sweet smell of satisfaction.

Done my man flu ride up the mountain and to the radio tower, took it steadyish but manage to equal my best time on epic kom and a new pb on the radio tower. All I had was a pension this morning, the paracetamol help.
