You won't need it. climb like a goat, rest a little on the descents in the middle, climb again and hold it together after leaving the ruins till finish

49.53 poor performance, had a big stich and had to stop till it went and had to ease back into it that's what you get when eating a load of biscuits an hour before a race.

On a plus note fitted a new chain as my other had stretched slightly well over .50% and it's silky smooth now and runs like a dream

Nice to see a few fellow cyclechatter’s on stage 2 earlier, the stage did remind me of some of the old bkool stages back in the good ole days...

The combination of recovering from 2 chest infections over the winter and the pesky hills, I found the stage hard.

Your not alone monte i found it quite tough struggling to be honest, seen you do a sprint finish at 5 w/kg

45.43 and 8th in our Cyclechat Chaingang. Quite enjoyed it but think the TR session I did yesterday took the edge off my performance
