That's just cruel
I'll stick up for you Bob, at least you took part
Oh hang on, that puts me with Tommy![]()

Sometimes you’ve got to be cruel to be kind Andy. Next time he might try harder and he’ll thank me for it

If I was trying to make a point, I might pick a page with more races, and less zone 1 training sessions. Just saying....![]()

What day and how far west?In other news!
Anyone fancy bunking off work one day next week? Me and ‘the chirpy one’ are planning a cheeky school day ride. We’re thinking about heading west. If it sounds vague it’s because it is quite vague
Anyone fancy it?!

How far west, and what day? I work Tuesday and Wednesday, so may be able to make something Thursday or at a push Friday. But if you're planning big climbs, or very fast, then you may not want to invite meIn other news!

About 75 the steepest sections. I prefer +90.What cadence are you able to sustain with a lowish HR Lars?
I've got much lower gearing, so can if needs be drop back into zone 2 and still sustain a decent cadence. That is what I'm looking to do as Gran Canarie and Tenerife the following month are part of my base training program
Back is on charge and will be dismantled tomorrow for packing.
How about some pictures? What gearing is that? I'm on a 34/32 here. Could use even lighter gear - some really steep sections here.

) . Kickr has a 11-28 9 speed cassette and the bike wheel has a 11-32 9 speed cassette. The front is 50/34. So at 100% last night it was much harder than it would be on the bike out IRL. I can probably knock the realism down then to say 85% on the trainer to simulate real life riding.
