With our private races there's minimal drafting benefit for most of us in most races because with only 15-20 of us racing and with different abilities most of us end up riding most of the stage solo anyway. You should be able to have a solo attempt to set a time if you can't make the group meet-up time, but we won't see the big time differences like we do in the Zwift Tour rides where as has been said before, your time is hugely reliant on group draft.

Nothing to stop us setting up a second meet-up as well for anyone who can't make the usual 7pm Thursday slot - although might need someone else to set that one up. You just need whoever wants to go to be following you on the companion app for you to be able to set up the meet-up.

I don't mind setting one up for tomorrow night if people are up for that? Any requests?

Draft is a factor. But don’t forget the added motivation of seeing other cc’ers ahead and behind you that live events bring! That definitely eggs me on.

I’ll be racing tomorrow. If enough you guys are up for it I’ll join a meet up. Or I’ll look for a race around 6 / 7pm if you want to join me.

Anyone recommend best app to suggest ideal cycling route where you don't know the area, and gives gpx?
I really like Komoot. It kept me off the main roads when you choose the tour option instead of the road bike option.

Well done on your ride last night by the way! You and the other front runners dropped me on the first hill, and that set a pattern for the rest of my ride as I got dropped by group after group every time we hit an incline. I finished with a couple of minutes down on my previous time with similar power figures, which I guess is down to the smaller field and slower group I ended up in. But your power at 322 watts was really impressive and I think you improved your time didn't you?

Thanks. I was distanced on the first climb as well but a small group of us bridged back to the front 10 riders - well one really strong guy pulled 5.2wkg the whole way down the hill and I sat in . Held on up the second climb and all the way to the line with some strong riders trying attacks which only thinned out the field. I took 2nd in the sprint, agonisingly I was in the lead until 10 metres or so to the line but I’d nothing left in the tank.

Despite higher av. power for the stage my time was about a minute slower than my best which again shows the big group effect.

Really wasn't in the mood tonight. I'm back at work, tired, stressed and just generally feeling a bit of life pressure. But, I forced myself on to do my scheduled workout which was the Fondo's 'welcome workout' - yes, being welcomed despite being a week and a half in haha.

Exercise really is great, felt good during and feel even better now so another workout chalked off... just need to figure out how I'm fitting Friday's around work and life! Can't stress enough the good getting kitted up and riding has done me. Also, as the workout is supposed to test if your FTP isn't too high and I felt like I had an extra gear, I'm really hopeful that my next FTP test will be positive!

If i have any energy left after a nightshift i might do stage-4 tomorrow and celebrate my bday painful as possible. For now there isn’t much riders in make-up events so no any kind of draft available.

Happy birthday Juha - don't forget to have a drink to celebrate. The best part of doing a night shift is socially acceptable breakfast beer

Surname Is the rest.

Not sure my account recognises I have signed up to pay yet but I have connected my trainer HR and cadence a given my self a nice hairdo, tan, a fancy orange shirt and no socks.

I logged into a ride but didn't really select it. Now I just need to be able to find all of you that ride on a Tuesday or Monday or Wednessday.
I am going to carry on with the Cyclechat league at 5 on Saturday until I decide to get off of the fence.
First try of turning the pedals made me feel like the changes were less reactive than Basin but only time will tell.
Good to see that spectators even move in Zits, I am sure that is going to be a real plus point.
