Cheers Tommy.

First ride I've completed in 4 weeks without coughing up phlegm.

Thought I'd ride it tonight as a tester. Power still a bit down but best I've felt since I went down with this illness.

Off to Mallorca for a week's cycling tomorrow, so fingers crossed that its cleared up just in time!
It looks that in Mallorca is a high season for cycling now. I have watch Finnish Youtuber called Velogi's videos and i can see now why it's so famous place.

It’s a great place to ride.

Some nice quiet roads, great little towns to stop at and eat/drink and really varied terrain.

A few clubs mates and other cycle buddies went for the 312. Only 2 completed the event in the time schedule. The organisers are really strict on time limits

Rest day today. May pop on to ride stage 4 again and gain some XP (2500 I think each time you complete it). Looking at 16:15. Will set trainer at 0% reality and pootle along at recovery pace if anyone fancies a little spin you know where I'll be :okay:

Hmm, gone onto Zwift today to check out my next training session and it's greyed out saying 'unavailable'... It looks like I've missed the window to complete it in, is there any way that I can do the workout? Also worryingly, it says to do the long ride by tomorrow too (I was looking at Monday). If I was doing an interval session today then I won't be doing a long ride the next day! Looks like it will just spiral out of control now with more and more greying themselves out because I can't do them in the time it says.

Are these plans not compatible with anyone who has a busy work and private life? I thought the whole point was to be flexible and give you time to slot them in? The annoying thing is it says there's 3 workouts per week but it started it on a Thursday which may be the problem. I can commit to 3 rides per week but obvsiously that's not been good enough?

Where would you go from here?

I just ride stage-4 46:36. It wasn't bad stage at all think that there was only over 100 riders, that means less sticky draft and probably faster ride.

I've just caught up on Stage 3 - the workout was probably a lot better with a smaller field, so catch up week does have its benefits after all!

Having said that, I didn't really do much of it - I was intending on joining the 16:10 session and logged on to Zwift at 15:35 thinking I'd do a quick warm-up first. I then saw in the top-right menu that the 15:10 session was still available for late joiners, so clicked on it and found myself halfway round the jungle loop already doing the "sweet spot" part of the workout - had completely missed the 10 second sprints bit (which I strongly dislike). However it was apparently enough to get me registered as having completed the stage, so that's great. After the workout finished, I then rode out to the desert and did an extra 15 or so miles out there just because.
