Signed up for the 17:00 stage 6 TT later if anyone fancies joining me. This will be the 7 out of 8 days riding, so mostly looking to set a time, rather than a particularly decent time  Excuses out the way early  Probably looking at a target time of about 50 mins

Didn't realise it was a TT, would have thought they would co-ordinate with the giro TT and maybe spaced this stage out a bit. Got an antenatal appointment this evening so doubt I'll get a chance, probably try tomorrow. I'm sure the time you set will be tough to beat regardless of the mileage!

Good luck at the antenatal :okay:

My time will be beatable, just want to set a time. Hoping I can average about 230 watts but legs are sore today so not sure how it's going to pan out. I can't ride again this week until Saturday, else I'd rest today and ride tomorrow. Will probably try again on Saturday, then the BRVR goat stage on Sunday (or out in the RW on the SS).

Has anyone made plans as to when they’re doing the next league stage? I’d prob be up for having a go on Thursday if my legs are talking to me by then. I see it’s a TT race but I assume it’s still a mass start? So we could still race

I did it this afternoon in 49:40 I had a 'HID' mechanical that lost me at least a minute (HID had a slight emergency so I had to go and help her) - I was position 135 on the road out of about 600, and position 290 when I got back on! Made my way through the field and finally ended 160 on the road, so quite pleased with the chasing down  Averaged 232 watts at 3.1 w/kg so you faster guys should be looking at lower 40's? It's definitely a power riders course, no real climbs (just 2-3 little punches) and the mile or so of 1% drag before dropping down into the Italian Village.

You'll be pleased to know Tommy, as I haven't mentioned for a few days, but I was 75.8kg today

48.54 for me.

First ride since getting back from Mallorca on Saturday. Quite happy with that. Still coughing a bit after my illness when I put in an effort, but its much improved and only when I’ve finished now. It didn’t affect me at all while I was riding, so that’s good.

Checked my results on Zwiftpower and averaged 251W at 3.2 W/kg so back to where I was before my illness. Also came in top third of my race so back to some form at last!
