It's the highest number of rides for the same number of miles. I'm sure you have done 100 100 mile rides in your young lifespan.

My eddington number is 65 according to https://swinny.net/Strava/; Edit: Is that good?

Edit: you may have to get the shoe boxes out with a calculator to get an accurate number.

Hey Randy, I seen your comment in my strava ride - were you in Northern Ireland?

Lap. One done 15 minutes - forgot to switch the fan on so had to jump off in a downhill.

Yes. I might have flown past you on the Newby Portadown towpath That is If you were riding a yellow 1960s single speed ladies bike instead of your Orange Comet.
Seriously you live in a great area. My wife wants to come over sometime. So maybe in the future we’ll meet.

Cheers for that. Not seen the Climbing number before. Mine appears to be 650.

Looking to do ToW stage 6 at 4 today. @bert1971 is signed up too by the looks of it. Anyone else fancy showing me a clean pair of (w)heels?

Been off the bike since Tuesday, attending a conference with HID (her works annual conference, but I was there as carer/guest). May have eaten or drunk a smidge too much. I wonder how sluggish I'll be today
Yer as you probably could tell I didn’t make it. Wife has other plans that involved manual labour in the garden!!
Really struggling to get on the turbo at the moment with this nice weather but will do my best to get a time in today or I will have a few to catch up on the make up day.

Wasn't planning on doing Stage 6, in fact I wasn't planning on doing it at all - can't easily ride Stage 7 next week, so would prioritise doing THAT during the catch up week. But due to a rather rubbish week (long story, health problems, won't go into details here) I didn't end up doing the IRL 60 mile sportive I'd been planning for today and had to stay indoors, so made a last minute decision at 3:45pm to ride the 4pm edition (had there not been a 4pm one when I looked on the app, I'd have been screwed I guess!)

Given my current condition, I rode well within myself and deliberately didn't push very hard, only opening the taps up somewhat on the last lap, where I managed to gain 20 places (252nd to 232nd out of 353), which considering the field was so split up by then at my end of the ride, I thought was quite an achievement. Final time was 56:52. Think I could have brought that down by 2-3 minutes if I had been at 100%, but then if I had, I wouldn't have been riding on Zwift!

Working in the garden is the least you can do after getting your Mallorca trip.

Is there anything wrong with switching allegiance to Roglic? Cant see anyone catching him in the Giro, he's in such good form this year on the back of last years excellent performances.

The 'also rans' will need to go full bore, risk all to try and break him.
