. I’ll check today. If I haven’t you can park at my hotel if you like. It’s not a bad ride to the venue from there and it’s free parking. Or you could park at the venue and we can all dump our stuff in your van

I'm def driving down in the morning and hoping to be at the venue car park about 9 ish (depending on A303, M3, M25, M1In that case I haven’t. I think...
) . I'd offer to let you drop stuff off in my van, but you may have a wait after the ride as I'll be a good hour behind you guys. But the offer is there if needed.I'll WhatsApp when I get there.
Aiming for 9 ... won't be able to leave here until about 6 so hoping the journey will be the 3 hours that GoogleMaps suggests. Cost more for parking, but it's either that or get up before I go to bed
Signed up for the 5 o'clock ToW this afternoon. Not sure it will be full pace for me as not sure fully recovered yet from the bad chest, but will see. I have a target of 1:30 to 1:35 time, so will see how that goes for me 
Going to have to set the realism to about 20% to stop the kickr from overheating, so that may hinder me somewhat (I prefer to climb at 100% on the NEO). Be nice to get back on the bike as been off for 3 days now, and getting itchy feet!

Doesn't really explain why it works sometimes and not others for you though. I wonder if it's worth trying to contact Zwift with the problem and see if they have any suggestions? Not sure what their customer service is like but you pay for the service so they do have a responsibility to ensure it works properly for you. By the way I signed up for TOW 7 on the app literally just before turning my laptop on and it still allowed me to join fine (so it's not simply a matter of signing up for a ride plenty of time in advance - as I think you've found yourself).
