Let's hope the new prescription works!

New prescription work better now, better sleep so far. I was in MRI yesterday and it take images my lumbar spine and it found lot of problems, degenerated discus L1-4, edema in a couple places etc. I go to doctor in a monday who told me in a clear Finnish what that MRI report means.

Paul, Annecy, is quite beautiful, a mini Venice. I and the wife did a driving tour of France a few years ago, where we ended up in Avignon- fantastic carnival in July

Im trying to arrange another week there-

I did the Team Italy Specialissima race at 5.40 last night. I wanted a hard workout so I was deliberately working hard, chasing groups down etc. The results are below - don't think I've ever seen a race where all one category finish together like this. I didn't have enough left at the end to sprint well enough to podium but a great workout.

Just seen the announcement about the new Harrogate circuit coming to Zwift in early September. https://zwiftinsider.com/yorkshire-2019-announced/

It also says Zwift are setting up a Zwift Draft House, taking over the Cold Bath Brewery in the centre of Harrogate.

I am going to watch the World's this year so will pop in to the Zwift House - and maybe get on one of the guided rides they are doing - and who knows, maybe an indoor Zwift race

Anyone else planning to be there?
