I’ve just seen on Facebook that entry for the racing league is open. What’s happening with that guys? I took a back seat thinking it might clash with my other training but I don’t think it does so I’m up for it now.
Can we try and create something where everyone who wants to race has a chance to race? I don’t know how many people are up for it but I have a feeling it needs a bit of a reboot.

My suggestion is one team manager picking two teams on a weekly basis depending on who’s available. If theres 9 available then 5 & 4. And never more than a 1 rider difference between the two teams (so 5 & 4 rather than 6 & 3 for example).
It’d be perfect I guess if there were 12 riders but really isn’t it nicer that everyone who wants to race can? I personally don’t mind if the teams are split so one team is stronger. Or if we balance both teams so they’re both of equal strength. Race both teams at the same time slot to make it easier? I have a feeling the later slot suits more people?

I think that CCC Team is looking reasonably staffed. Although @Whorty looks to be heading in a B direction
While the idea of a pool of riders making two teams is great "in principle" I'm not sure some of our solid C's want to be riding with Mid to top B's from what has been said in the past.

Yes sorry I meant 2 B teams. I assumed there’s enough riders in ccc to make up that team without having to juggle it about.
Having said that I know there’s a lot of guys who are generally in B but are in C (or lower) at present. So I don’t know how things stand in general. I guess if everyone who wants to race says so, and also maybe say which category they want to race in. That would be a good start?
